Warning: unethical email practices

Dear shoppers,

It has come to our attention that some devious people on the net have been collecting emails of customers from blogshops so that they can sell it to others for a profit. As a result of this, you may be spammed by those who bought the "email package" to advertise their items via your personal email. One of the co-owners of Jace Mall have already been hit by this spam wave.

As such, we would like to reassure all customers that we will not reveal your emails under any circumstances to anyone else. You will only receive updates from us if you have signed up with our mailing list. Thanks for your support and we hope that you will have a pleasant and safe internet shopping experience!

How to order

To place an order, please email us at jacesales[at]gmail[dot]com with the name of the item you are interested in and use the template below:

There are 2 modes of payment available:

1) Fund transfer to our POSB savings account

2) Cash upon delivery*

*Meet ups are available only for purchases more than 3 items. Please do note that meet ups are subjected to our own convenience and the location(s) may change accordingly. Currently we only do meet ups at Boon Lay MRT station.

Do note that payment must be made within 3 days upon order confirmation, otherwise it will be up for sales for the next interested buyer.

Postage Rates:

As of 18th December, postage rates have been increased according to Singpost. As a result, we're sorry to say that we are no longer able to cope with the rising costs. Hence, normal postage rates will apply for all items sold at Jace Mall with effect from 15th January 2007. We're really sorry for the inconvenience and we hope you'll understand.

Postage for small items will be charged at 50 cents per order unless otherwise stated.

Postage for larger items such as tops will be charged at $2.00.

For registered mail, an additional $2.20 will be imposed. Registered mail is highly recommended for larger objects that can't be easily placed into the mailbox and for more fragile objects.

We try our best to package our items so that it reaches you in the best condition. However, we cannot be responsible for damages to the items due to the mailing process.

Your items will be sent out once payment is received. It will take approximately 3 days for the postman to come knocking on your mailbox. Please be patient and do contact us if you face any difficulties! Thank you and we hope you have a good time shopping at Jace Mall!

Announcement

This blog will provide a range of different items such as clothes, bag charms, earrings, bracelets and necklaces at reasonable prices. We are in the midst of bringing everything together so just give us some time.

All prices stated are exclusive of postage. We try not to do meet up so please provide us with the correct addresses. Meet up is possible only at our own convenience.
